HR CONSULTANCY :- Focus on the Learning and Development Vertical

Chemmanur Academy undertakes HR consultancy projects in the duration of 6 months to 12 months ie for small and mid sized companies . First the HR related challenges and specific needs of the company will be assessed and accordingly a custom made proposal will be sent to the company for approval.

Depending on the requirements , the proposal may include the following deliverables :-

  • To source , interview & recruit the HR manager.
  • To create an effective hierarchical structure to ensure accountability and smooth flow of communication between the team.
  • Provide consultation to HR manager in creating a simple HR policy manual , which would include Service Rules of the company , standard appointment letters , leave/Strike policy , staff accommodation/food , timings , standard Recruitment Policy.
  • Timely follow up with the HR manager in implementing the HR policy after approval from Management.
  • To review the existing salary /incentive structure and recommend required changes to make it effective.
  • To create effective meeting processes for better productivity and follow up . Conduct monthly review meetings as per process.
  • To assist the HR manager in initiating a simple measurable performance recognition system.
  • To develop an effective Sales training module and monitor its implementation for retail industry.
  • To initiate and implement orientation/sales training for all sales staff including fresher’s.
  • Facilitating in conducting, Train the trainer model, and conducting training audits, for effective follow up and monitoring of new systems and policies set.
  • For retail enterprises to recommend & initiate Mystery shopping through an outside agency. Participate in analyzing the results and recommend a practical action plan.
  • To monitor the implementation of the Recruitment policy including entry & exit interviews.
  • To provide group workshops and one to one managerial coaching during monthly visits.
  • To assist in developing an effective customer response team .
  • To recommend & help initiate a Performance Review Management system for the senior team .
  • To assist in the formulation and follow up of implementing the 360 degree feedback.
  • To assist in formulating and initiating a simple measurable performance recognition system.
  • To assist in creating Accountability and Responsibility statements for senior Management.
  • To assist in formulating a continuous learning and development plan for senior and mid level management team and follow up on its implementation.
  • To initiate & implement Psychometric testing reports for senior team .
